Roger Clemens is one of the best pitchers ever. He’s a HUGE Texas guy. Houston wasn’t very good a few years ago. I see this was posted BEFORE Saturday’s game.
I’m not saying his injury is evidence of anything, but, you know…
I would say he let his team down in that spot by forcing Garner to throw some rookie out there for 4 innings.
Not to say tweaking his hamstring was his fault or anything, but these are the things that stay with you.
I’m rambling a little here but my basic point is: He’s a jerk.
