		<description>Nice - interesting read.  I think I've heard that story about Gauss before.  I wonder if he was a cocky prick, or just cool and smart.  FWIW, interpretation 2 probably wouldn't have worked too well for Gauss, unless the assignment was for a set of numbers where you can easily figure out the average w/out adding them all up.

So next year I just need to enter 9.22x10^18 ESPN bracket entries to be sure I'll win the prize?  Sweet.
